We have installed our Self Check-in Kiosk to make the check in process run more smoothly and effectively for you when you come to your appointment. Be sure you look for the Ipad on the wall when you come in. You will simply type in your last name and birthday and it will send an alert to our computers to let us know you are here!
Our patient portal is also running much better so you can view and download your results at your convenience when you need them. Here is the link to register or log on to the portal: https://patientportal.advancedmd.com/account/logon?lk=139675
Our caller ID sometimes shows up as a Winnsboro number or other telemarketer call. Our phone company does not understand why this happens so they are not able to correct it. Please add our office numbers to your contact list so we will be able to reach you with your results and avoid playing phone tag.

Okay, now for the not so fun…
My schedule is staying booked a couple weeks out pretty much all the time now so I really need yall to pay attention to your medication refills. Go ahead and call my office to schedule an appointment when you pick up the last bottle of your medicine so we will have a few weeks to get you back in for a visit before you run out of medicine. Most medicines require a visit at least every 6 months and some need labwork too. Please help me help you by calling before you run out of medicine. 😊
I am very grateful that my clinic days are busy and I enjoy sitting down and visiting with each and every one of you during your appointment. You have my undivided attention when I am in the room with you because that is how it should be. That being said, it is very hard for me to spend time away from scheduled patients in the clinic to talk on the phone. Please be respectful of one another and understand that there is just not enough time in the day for me to spend on the phone. We will need to set you up for an appointment if my nurse is unable to answer your question or if your concern would best be discussed face to face.
